Croatia: Lesic Dimitri Palace
This newly opened, exquisitely restored bishop's palace on picture-postcard Korcula has only six rooms (thought they prefer to call them residences), each occupying an entire floor, some with terraces or balconies that overlook teh Adriatic. The spa is staffed by Thai therapists and the food should be good when the restaurant opens later this year.
